Beauty Therapist Helen

Helen has been a qualified Beauty Therapist since the mid 80’s. After working on Princess Cruises for five years and travelling the globe, she relocated to East Yorkshire where she joined the team at 101. Qualified to perform most treatments at the salon, she is still as active in treatments, although has taken a keen interest in supporting the more junior members of the team. Still as dedicated to provide first class service, if you’re booked in with her you’re in expert hands.

Beauty Therapist Abbie

Abbie has eight years experience in the spa and beauty industry.

She has been part of the 101 team since early 2017, and now specialises in our Clarins treatments offering everything from the Expert, Wellness and Pregnancy menus. This year she is looking to expand her treatment offering to include Guinot and Intimate waxing.

She has a warm and welcoming manner and in her own words “I love the calmness of working in this environment and creating a space for relaxation and seeing the results achieved with the treatments. I like that 101 is a small team and we help each other out. I like the location of the salon and the style of the building and its’ charm. I like that the salon continues to train and grow your professional development.”

Beauty Therapist Anna

Anna originally qualified as a Nail Technician in 2008 and went on to qualify as a Beauty Therapist in 2017, winning student of the year!

Having previously worked on luxury cruise liners, working in a busy Spa environment, quality and professionalism was very important and can been evidenced by her growing client base and client reviews.

She moved to East Yorkshire from Devon last year to be closer to family and joined the 101 team in November 2021.

In her own words ‘I enjoy working in 101 The Beauty Studio because it is a small friendly team using exceptional products and our existing clients are very friendly. There is ongoing Clarins training for us so we have the most recent knowledge about the beauty treatments, products and trends.’
