Salon Information

Using One Hundred & One The Beauty Studio

Car Parking
There are several car parks relatively close to the salon. Please call for directions.

Children
Well-behaved children are welcome at the salon, but we must insist they are quiet and do not cause any disturbance to other clients. Parents should be advised that they are responsible for the safety of their children whilst on our premises.

Mobile Phones
For the consideration of other clients, please put your phone on silent mode whilst in the salon.

Cancellations Policy
24 hours notice is needed to cancel an appointment. However in an emergency, we will not charge you the £15.00 per hour cancellation charge. If you forget your appointment more than once in four months, you will be asked to pay in-full when booking further treatments.

Complaints Policy
We take complaints very seriously at 101. While we know that we are only human and could have an off day, we still want to know about any part of your treatment you were not happy with or that you think could have been better. Please note down your date, treatment, therapist, your concern and a contact number and we will be in touch as soon as possible. You can email us at reception@101thebeautystudio.co.uk and mark for the attention of Jane Brown.

Pre-Treatment and Home Care Advice

Hair Removal Treatments
Before all hair removal treatments and 12 hours after do not: Have a hot bath, hot shower, sauna, swim or jacuzzi or do any exercise, apply moisturising creams, sunbathe or use a sunbed, apply any make-up or perfumed products to the area.

Ear Lobe Piercing
Parental consent required for people under the age of 16. Do not remove your earrings for six weeks. Always wipe earrings with surgical spirit before putting back into your ears. If your ear becomes red or swollen remove earrings and contact the salon for advice.

Eyelash and Eyebrow Tinting
You must have a patch test 24 hours before your appointment if you have not had a tint at 101 before or your last tint was over a year ago.
