Helen: Salon Director

Educated in the Middle East, and having travelled the globe working on cruise ships, East Yorkshire beckoned and in 1996 I took over One Hundred & One The Beauty Studio. Having had management experience on the cruise ships it stood me in good stead for cultivating the business and the needs of our clients.
Hard work, determination and a belief there is nothing wrong with wanting to be the best has enabled 101 to become one of the most professional, yet friendly salons in East Yorkshire. A working therapist, I have endeavoured to recruit like minded therapists who have a passion for the industry and who pride themselves in their work.

Jane: Salon Manager

Jane is an accomplished therapist who after having a daughter, ran her own business successfully for four years. Returning to 101 she has a drive and a passion for beauty like no other. She has a bubbly, infectious personality and is always willing to help clients address their needs or concerns. Being fully trained in all treatments offered at 101 she is naturally kept busy. As well as working a full column, she is also responsible for all promotions and activities that we offer, whilst ensuring that all clients have a wonderful experience.
Anna: Salon Receptionist
9 Years experience
Being front of house Anna is likely to be the first person you speak with or meet. She is a qualified beauty therapist and is trained in all brands and treatments 101 has to offer, so is able to give you complete advice on which treatments or products might be most suitable for you or as a gift. Having experienced a wander lust to travel to Greece and to work on cruise ships, Anna returns to us with a flair for communication. Being adept with a computer she ensures our booking system works efficiently and smoothly.
Sophie: Therapist
4 Years experience
A local lass, Sophie is a conscientious therapist who enjoys all aspects of the beauty industry. Always calm and composed she has a natural aptitude for addressing all areas of her profession, whether it is advising on the best treatment for an individual or whether it is recommending the correct home care regime. A happy go lucky disposition and most recently qualified in Espa advanced training using hot stone therapy, Sophie's client base continues to grow.
Corey: Therapist
4 Years experience
Quietly confident and dedicated to clients, Corey aims to give absolute satisfaction at all times. Ever the perfectionist she has excelled at Nouveau eyelash extensions which were recently introduced. Attention to detail also proves invaluable with the artificial acrylic nails that Corey has much enthusiasm for. As well as her flair for makeup, she enjoys all aspects of beauty particularly facial treatments and Ionithermie treatments. A complete all rounder.
